To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

正如初見個名人生好多嘢都係得一次今日就第一次嚟食呢間日本嘢！✧ 和風章魚燒(6粒，$38）雖然只係一個小食但佢榮獲全餐飯no.1🥇比較近港式嗰種做法 冇落薑出面外層好脆 入面除咗有麵糊仲有章魚粒口感層次非常豐富des ne✧ 日式叉燒豚骨湯拉麵（$70）可以走蔥拉麵顏用黃色粗曲嗰種本身煮得好al dente 本豬靈機一觸用咗牛肉鍋嚟煲麵覺得個拉麵更上一層😚✧ 安格斯牛肉鍋($96）原以配味噌湯 可以加$8轉壽喜燒湯底個調配都可以嘅 仲有好多配料魚蛋豆腐etc本身跟白飯 仲可以叫多飯添有跟個酸汁令到牛肉口味冇咁dry
