To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於食到初見，網上見到佢d特色野食好耐，今日聞名不如見面。由荃灣地鐵同西鐵行過黎都唔遠，野食menu勁多選擇花多眼亂呀，我同朋友一人叫左一個set！海皇蟹刺身丼！嘩。有好大份量都是蟹肉同帶子刺身，蟹肉同蟹膏好正！香而不腥。海膽同蟹鉗洽到好處⋯⋯石板香草吉列牛見到好多檯都有叫我就跟住叫，要自己落手落腳燒，肉嫩多汁。生熟程度自己調教，勁正！附上溏心蛋同白飯一齊享用。set包湯刺身同果茶，加35蚊好抵食！
