拉麵分為白龍(豚肉濃湯)、黑龍(黑松露醬)及赤龍(擔擔麵湯)三款。我點了白龍一試。一隻雞蛋、兩片叉燒、數片木耳、一片紫菜、少量粟米、海帶及洋蔥絲。可惜,湯底不夠濃,只屬一般豬骨湯底,絕非濃郁那款。不過,對味精敏感度極高的我,吃後也不覺口渴,深信此湯底的確不含味精及雞粉。麵底屬幼身,掛麵能力一般。雞蛋尚算處理合宜,處於半流心的狀態。可惜,鹵汁太咸,令整個雞蛋味道走樣。唯叉燒帶來驚喜,肥瘦分明。灼燒令肉質加速焦糖化,簡接提升湯麵的甜度。整體而言,價錢略高於實質拉麵水平。希望日後品質有所提升!若追求卓越或自問對拉麵有要求,就另當別論!
