有朋友就住係東區,而且都幾耐冇見所以就下佢就黎到東區搵野食啦咁就黎左呢間既日式居酒屋,雖然我地係冇飲到酒哈哈不過日式居酒屋既環境幾舒服,可以係度傾下計咁呢個係個menu都有推薦既鹽燒鮮雞皮 ($28)雞皮好似好肥膩既野黎咁,其實燒過既雞皮真係好香口燒既方法將油都逼晒出黎,少左份油膩感燒完既雞皮係十分之脆,好容易就可以咬開而面頭都落左些少鹽去調味,成個感覺更加好磯燒雞泡魚干 ($68)聞說雞泡魚既料理係好難整,所以都係第一次食呢個雞泡魚干整燒到好似牛肉干咁~切得唔係好厚,所以唔會太難咬開,因為雞泡魚D肉實所以先咁整?呢D燒既野係特別香口,令人不停咁食~鍾意既可以沾埋隔離既沙律醬~清酒日本沙白煮 ($98)蜆、花甲、沙白、蚌呢幾樣野我真係唔太識分XD不過食落去只要冇沙就得,而呢度都做到配上清酒去煮加多一份甜味落去~仲有少少既蔬菜係湯度招牌汁燒鮮蠔飯團 ($68)呢個同樣都係menu有推薦而且係寫住no.1既~咁緊係要試下啦佢有3塊紫菜係度,咁岩我地都有3個人,所以岩岩好可以一人一塊咁包住個飯黎食 (雖然唔知係咪要咁食XD)個飯團係好深色,落左好多鰻魚汁咁,而飯團既外層係硬硬地 應該係因為燒

蠔同埋個飯團出奇地夾,不過就鹹左少少咁

最後就係甜品啦 係燒湯圓
呢度主打係燒既料理,連甜品都唔例外~
湯圓好有咬口,加上燒過更加香口
而且都好夾整體既甜味
