To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同同事喺附近工作完畢~誤打誤撞試左呢間中餐廳時間好趕,店員應該就嚟落場但都好禮貌招呼我哋!叫咗午市套餐,$438/1位 加一服務費每樣食物份量都比較細,但味道不錯~唔會好重口味同好多味精!聽講國金軒嘅蜜汁叉燒好好食,試完覺得有啲普通反而春卷同鮮蝦餃比較出色!鮮蝦餃上面仲舖咗金箔!好高級~果然係米芝蓮點心!呢個套餐仲有甜品但因為趕時間,所以無食到~可惜!裝修好有氣派,環境都坐得好舒服店員服務亦無可挑剔~
