今日中午我們去咗旺角染布房街嘅「老點點心」食午飯!我們叫咗師傅冬筍鮮蝦餃嘅餃皮好晶瑩薄身,蝦肉嘅肉質好爽甜彈牙!高湯魚翅灌湯餃嘅高湯味道好鮮,魚翅嘅份量都幾多,灌湯餃入面嘅有蝦肉、帶子同豬肉,材料都幾豐富!吾係老點小漢堡嘅賣相相當精緻吸引,小漢堡嘅包質好鬆軟,中間夾著炸得金黃香脆嘅蝦膠肉同沙律菜,肉質相當爽口彈牙,再配埋清新嘅wasabi沙律醬一齊食,味道非常惹味!珍寶鮮蝦腸嘅腸粉好滑身,每一件腸粉入面都包著一隻爽甜嘅大蝦,真係幾抵食!順民百花魚肚嘅魚肚燜得好腍好入味,蝦膠嘅肉質好爽滑彈牙!高湯牛肉球嘅味道比較淡,牛肉味唔係好香濃,但肉質都幾軟滑!蜜味叉燒包食落嘅感覺唔同平日喺酒樓食開咁,包質比較腍身,但叉燒嘅味道都幾香甜!蟲草花鷄竹筒飯嘅飯係用紅糙米,感覺好健康,鷄肉嘅肉質好鬆軟!
