To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次去左試金記冰室,太古一岀地鐵站就係,十分方便,但試個晚係星期五,都多人排隊。試左金牌乾炒牛河,食得出好夠鑊氣,肉同河粉嘅比例啱啱好,仲有芽菜同芝麻襯托。仲試左滑蛋韭王炒蝦仁,即係韭菜炒蝦仁,雖然滑蛋冇想像中咁滑,但好有蛋味,蝦仁比想像中大粒,而且係新鮮嘅。最鍾意就係金磚風沙炸豆腐,外脆內軟,啲豆腐好滑,炸完之後出邊仲加啲椒鹽,成個味道真係好夾。最後係嘢飲方面,紅豆冰比例啱啱好,唔會太甜,紅豆粒粒分明。蛋白杏仁茶,真係好滑,而且真係有蛋白係入邊,飲落好有好口感,鍾意飲杏仁茶嘅,絕對值得一試。

仲試左滑蛋韭王炒蝦仁,即係韭菜炒蝦仁,雖然滑蛋冇想像中咁滑,但好有蛋味,蝦仁比想像中大粒,而且係新鮮嘅。
