我喜歡食蟹,但又怕去殼麻煩,同事介紹我去登龍街V Point 地下,有間豊勝手丼主打日式海鮮丼,其中蟹丼好啱我食,叫我一定要試吓!餐廳以日式居酒屋設計,客人置身其中,如身在日本!完熟白桃梳化,桃子特有的濃郁香氣和柔和的甜味散佈在整個嘴中。香甜可口!吞拿魚三文魚沙律:足料新鮮,顏色鮮艷,魚油的肥美,沙律菜的爽口,清新又好味!贅沢蟹丼,贅沢是奢華、豪華的意思,的確係,松葉蟹有「蟹后」美譽,是日本三大名蟹之一,這蟹丼有齊蟹子、蟹肉和蟹膏,份量十足,材料已經蓋滿整碗飯面,松葉蟹肉質軟滑、味道最鮮,還有松葉蟹拑,蟹膏配味噌甘香軟滑,啖啖飽滿濃醇的鮮味,加上魚子增加口感,真的回味無窮,教人無法抵抗。
