“BlueDuck”呢個名字對我黎講絕不陌生,因為我之前住西環嘅時候經常有去幫襯過,佢地係士丹利街開設私房菜,當時已經薄有名氣,而我最懷念就係佢地嘅自家製麵包,碎蛋煎雞肉卷同埋我至愛嘅“焗芋蓉燉蛋”。後來搬遷左就無緣再品嚐。上星期我和幾位同事去左觀塘AIA開會,經過駿業里見到BlueDuck嘅招牌,當時真係有久別重逢之感,正值Lunch Time時間,我當然唔會放過機會,馬上帶埋個同事上去回味一下。入到餐廳,感覺到完全同工厦格格不入,仿如兩個世界,裝潢典雅舒適,佈局精緻,不下於中環區嘅西餐廳。睇下Menu,有多款set lunch可供選擇,我就叫左份“烤燒法國黄薑雞腿扒白磨菇汁”,雞腿煎得非常香口,但唔會太多油,肉質軟腍唔會韌,再配以白磨菇汁,確實完美配搭。我另外一個同事就order左份“煎海虎蝦餅併喇莎蝦汁意粉”,我地兩個share。蝦餅煎得剛好,唔會過火,否則就會好硬身,而且保留到蝦肉嘅鲜味,配埋喇莎蝦汁,味道非常特別,都幾match,唔錯。所有set都可以選擇跟飯或意粉,各適其適。仲奉送埋幾款指定特飲,我就叫左杯“香梨果冰特飲”,淡淡嘅梨味唔會太甜,味道都幾清新,喺炎炎夏日嘆杯特

無稔過可以再同“BlueDuck”再續前緣,而且繼續保持水準,無令棒場客失望,下次再黎觀塘開會,一定會再去幫襯。
