路過大圍積信街看見一間新張泰國餐館「阿叔泰麵」,從外觀到餐館裏裝置,都透出一份年青的朝氣,吸引我們進入餐館用膳。先嘗小食:香茅魚露雞翼、篤篤丸炸魚,挺不錯!我的午餐:牛肉船麵,配料有菜通、花生碎、芽菜、炸豬皮與肉丸,我楝金邊粉。 牛肉,接近我們香港的牛腩,有兩大件,肉鮮、質鬆軟;呈方型的金邊粉爽滑,肉與粉掛上泰式船麵湯底,已經很有泰式風味,如果喜歡更濃郁泰式風味,可添加桌面的魚露、白糖、白醋與辣椒粉,加不加,加幾多?自己話事!我喜歡忠於原味,加上花生碎、芽菜、炸豬皮與肉丸,口感已經極之豐富了!我的餐飲:泰式凍菊花茶,微甜中釋出花香,是理想的飲品!家人的燒豬頸肉飯,燒豬頸外香肉軟滑,美味可口!餐飲是熱青檸蜜泰。
