今日朋友帶左我黎竹園食車仔麵。以車仔麵舖頭黎講,舖面都算幾大。車仔麵有4種湯底選擇,而且仲有得選我最愛嘅讚岐烏冬。 除左麵食仲有唔少小食!以配料黎講,都有好多比較新穎少見嘅配料,價格都算相宜。店舖環境簡潔明亮,先買票再等叫號碼自取食物。由於我地都有選擇困難症就叫左兩個預設配料嘅車仔麵同小食喇!化骨龍$37 +$3 轉讚岐烏冬傳統湯底 似甜甜地嘅豉油湯底,都濃味嘅。 (瑞士花香雞翼尖、秘製豬軟骨、墨魚丸、自家製鮮竹卷、唐生菜) 5個餸 雞翼尖食落桂花味好出,豬軟骨都煮得幾稔。自家製嘅鮮竹卷:外皮脆脆,混合左豬肉、蝦、木耳!幾特別,好似食緊點心甘!油炸鬼雞翼 $19/3隻脆漿好脆口,真係有種食緊油炸鬼嘅感覺!雞翼嘅肉質好juicy嫩滑。瑞士花香雞翼 $19/3隻聞落就聞唔到桂花味,但除左鹵水外就食到勁香嘅桂花調味!酸齋 $15友人對佢讚口不絕,表示顏色唔會過分紅,而且唔會酸得過份!咬落入面口感煙煙韌韌。大隻佬 $37 +$3 轉讚岐烏冬麻辣湯 (雞肉、招牌腩肉、豆卜、蘿白、韮菜、溏心蛋)6個餸讚岐烏冬粗身彈牙,配麻辣湯超正。麻辣湯以香麻為主,唔會過辣或太油。大推!壓軸出場嘅就係呢隻溏心蛋

壓軸出場嘅就係呢隻溏心蛋,第一次食車仔麵有溏心蛋食。好味在於蛋以經過調好味,多左份鹹鮮
