約左移民外國的舊同事食飯,她說今次回港很想食廣東菜,所以我帶她到酒店附近的一番風味,之前我和家人食過,味道吾錯!薑蔥炒桶蠔是用美國的桶蠔,蠔很大隻,用薑、蔥炒,再同煲仔上枱,味道鮮美古法扣黑草羊廚師用自家製醬料煑,羊肉炆得又林又入味,加入枝竹和冬菇一起炆,更惹味銀稔碌鵝呢味菜式而家好少食店有,廚師用銀稔及特製的醬料煑,鵝肉又滑又吾會靱,味道超正招牌羔蟹粥用羔蟹煑粥都食過唔少,但呢間話明係招牌菜,一定要叫返煲試下,睇到d蟹粥是黃色已知裏面不少蟹羔,而且重有成隻蟹在粥裏,聞到好香,食落鮮甜,真的色香味俱全!這是我必食推介
