春節期間食得太多油膩食物,都係時候清一清腸胃,清淡飲食最適宜不過。今晚品嚐韓國菜,不要以為韓國菜只是辣味,濃味的味道,其實也有清淡的選擇。韓國菜中人蔘煲雞湯就是表表者。材料非常豐富,有雞,人蔘,紅棗,栗子,糯米,蒜子。湯底清甜有鮮味,散發出人蔘香味,雞肉滑溜。係秋冬滋補滋潤的湯水。雜菜炒粉絲,可選肉類伴炒,又可選擇辣度。最終我還是覺得雜菜和原味簡單就是好。炒得不油膩,雜菜夾著粉絲,啖啖清爽有口感。
