辛勞下班如釋重負,朋友帶我到西營盤MTR附近開懷暢飲。這間型格的居酒屋設計簡約俐落卻別具一格,有別於一般日式居酒屋。餐廳主打新派串燒、炸物、魚生.....招牌菜:角切魚生丼,刺身魚生飯入面配料好豐富,有鮮蝦、三文魚、油甘魚、八爪魚、帶子、蟹子、玉子...魚生十分新鮮同幾厚切。炸小河蝦鮮香酥脆、雞軟骨、炸墨魚嘴脆卜卜又有咬口感,好鍾意,佐酒一流。汁燒牛舌尖火候控制得宜,厚切牛舌外焦內嫩。燒雞中翼、汁燒雞肉串Juicy嫩滑。煙燻豚肉蘆筍卷,蘆筍很幼嫩清淡的蘆筍中和了煙肉的油膩感。最後,值得一讚是綿密泡沫的生啤,能喝到仿如置身日本的感覺。
