這週身心好疲累,終於等到週末輕鬆一下。環境格局開揚有設計感,地方不大但滲透著一點高檔次氛圍感。店裏播著日本經典歌曲,突然和味大添。九州濃豚骨叉燒溏心蛋拉麵麻油味香噴噴,拉麵即叫即煮,口感彈牙,叉燒烤得好漂亮,豚肉半肥瘦,質地鬆化,配上溏心蛋粟米蔥段芝麻海帶等色彩繽紛,食慾大增。每一口麵喝一匙白色湯底,湯頭帶有豚骨味,喝了不少。炸雞皮餃子樣子有點可愛😂嫩滑的雞肉炸得香口,外脆內軟,入面又帶些少嚼勁,金黃外皮內具肉汁,咸咸的邪惡萬分。櫻花蝦燒原條茄子🍆連皮都燒得剛好,卷著芝麻蔥等材料吃,連茄子皮也一拼吃下,脆卜卜的櫻花蝦灑得滿滿在茄子上,茄子做得亦入味,兩者相撞,不會油膩,也完全不會奇怪,倒是軟糯爽脆的嶄新體會。火炙雙色芝士三文魚卷份量不少,飯握得剛好,厚三文魚炙後魚油四溢,香氣迫人❤️加上芝士和蟹籽蛋黃醬🧀咸酸交集提味,連飯也炙過,滋味更上一層樓。食後感:菜式擺盤挺有心思,看著是道藝術品,吃著是種精緻。 continue reading

幾年前喺西營盤返咗工幾年,都幾喜歡這個地方,久唔久都會去行下。同時也會發掘下新餐廳Kome Kushi 日式居洒屋面積吾大,但食物種類也不少。晚餐時段來到,我們是第一枱客人。先點了串燒過一過口癮極上厚切牛舌心 $78自家製汁燒雞肉棒 $68吃前點小許蛋液,令脆香外層如加了coating 般,免冶鷄肉中混合了鷄軟骨令口感更豐富,彈牙,鷄味濃香。店員介紹了櫻花蝦燒原條茄子 $78茄子開邊走油,再蒸放上樱花蝦、醬油等,味道好鮮,茄子又稔,吾錯。Kome Kushi 卷 $178是店方signature 以店名而立的卷物卷物上放上是當日精選魚生,卷物內包裹著青瓜、甜蛋、蟹柳、紫菜等,件件都切得幾大,吾可以一啖啪落口,魚生新鮮,正! continue reading
