Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜晚一班朋友食飯,約日本菜一定冇錯。位於灣仔合和中心3樓的「一遊」,朋友說幾年前已到訪過一次,原來屹立在灣仔這個需要地帶很多年。今日同朋友收工去試下。去日本餐廳都要叫下酒,今次我地叫左不同的燒酌聚下舊!杏子燒酌都比較少見,男朋友的梅子燒酌就比較淡味。刺身五點盛盛合有油甘魚、赤貝、牡丹蝦、帆立貝和中拖羅,每款都好新鮮,質素都幾高!蕃茄夠哂fresh! 每件都好多汁!東洋卷東洋卷是用好似pancake 皮包住牛油果、鰻魚等的配料,甜甜地,入口好似食緊墨西哥捲的感覺,不過更加綿滑!絕對係會比外表呃左嘅!串燒 (牛舌、白鱔、雞翼、雞心、翠玉瓜)串燒都是不會有錯的食物!所以串燒都好驚喜!特別欣賞白鱔,食落完全冇骨啖啖肉!燒得剛剛好,翠肉瓜燒香之後,仍然保持多汁。牛舌唔韌因為朋友唔食牛,所以我同男朋友一人一串唔使爭🙂蕃茄海鮮湯新鮮嘅海鮮,包括大頭蝦、大大隻蜆肉等等,海鮮方面算好足料,四人分每人都有一碗!味道的話,甜甜地蕃茄湯都幾comforting,有薄身的蝦味。不過飲到尾會覺得甜得有點誇張!生薑豚肉石頭飯最後來一個石頭飯做主菜,用上珍珠米每粒都好飽滿,每粒都充分吸收哂醬汁,好食!
