朋友話有個飲食達人話西貢最早出名嘅係蒸鮑魚,反而唔係椒鹽鮑魚,爭論之下我覺得可能我未夠識食,唔係達人,不如約一齊去食啦,試下咩鮑魚最好食,於是又來到六福。每次都必點嘅係西貢地道魚湯同椒鹽奇脆豆腐,重點係每次都唔會失手,最重要嘅係個椒鹽豆腐真係非常好食。椒鹽豆腐食得多,反而第一次食椒鹽鮮魷,唔夠膽講佢好有特色,但入口夠香口夠好食係唔需要懷疑。應該第一次遇上呢個整法,米湯低溫慢煮元貝,個人覺得就好似食緊一個元貝粥咁,不過以Fusion咁嘅presentation 出發。我當然要椒鹽焗大連鮮鮑魚,因為坐上客未吃過,表現一如既往,正。蜜糖欖角骨同客家鹹菜木耳炆腩仔食咗咁多次都好似冇一次試晒兩樣,但今次食完都好驚喜,原來呢度唔止海鮮係咁出色。我未試過食蠔食到咁滿足,天婦羅桶蠔生菜包大到不得了,用上新鮮雞嘅脆皮風沙雞又係一絕,直頭覺得係俾海鮮耽誤左,應該要做多啲非海鮮嘅菜式。蒜蓉粉絲蒸茄子換上了非海鮮嘅做法,又係值得一試,個感覺真係好似蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子咁,未食過要點。最新推出另一個鮑魚傑作,薑蔥鮑魚焗飯我地用上了4隻大連鮑魚,勁多薑同蔥,再加埋牛油,呢個又係一個必點嘅新菜式。似乎真係要試下搞番局啦,
