其實我已經食過好多次六福嘅海鮮及小菜類,反而這個午市套餐我都係第一次食,首先A)是粟米魚肚羹,以六福的水準來說,當然是不錯;跟住是B)芥末鮮雲耳、黑醋拍青瓜之前已經經常食,水準依然保持,而醬爆虎皮尖椒我都是第一次食,朋友又喜歡吃辣,她說水準不錯;以這個便宜的價格可以食到C)這個名物椒鹽焗大連鮑魚,而且每人都有一件,基本上可以保持到平時的水準,已經值回票價;而D項就點了名物蜜糖欖角骨 ,每人一件,朋友都讚好食,名物果然是名物 ;而E項就點了瑞士汁炒牛河,六福的炒粉麵飯不嬲是可以的,牛肉也不少而且算軟熟,瑞士汁河粉炒得很均勻;最後F項的蒜蓉上湯浸生菜也絕不馬虎,非常爽甜,而且呢度會將啲菜頭菜尾去掉,淨係要靚同好嘅部份,所以保證食到最好嘅。

人老了,當食到有味精(會好口乾)同唔好味的食物會不再幫襯,而這裏嘅食物我已經食過好多次都唔會覺得唔好食同唔會覺得口乾,記住呢個午市套餐好似由星期一至六(非公眾假期),由六福開門至下午3時前都可以得叫,呢次埋單$792,$800可以有找,仲要食得飽,又可以用微信支付,你話算唔算係平價嘅米芝蓮一星餐廳?

今天放假,相約朋友去了西貢食米芝蓮餐廳,這裡在旺中大正嘅西貢市中心,如果在巴士站落車,行一陣就會見到海鮮街牌坊,轉過灣就見到這間被米芝蓮推介餐廳,餐廳內主要分為三層,三樓地方比較大,可安排不同座位組合,今次我們安排在三樓,餐牌內有不同選擇,比較抵食就係套餐,已包括了他們主打菜式,但朋友想食嘅選擇有部份套餐唔包括,於是就係咁我們散點了,先來就係西貢地道魚湯,用上蕃茄薯仔煲嘅魚湯,這個湯味道夠晒濃郁,雖然係魚湯但入口唔會覺得有魚腥味道,加上蕃茄薯仔,真係好似在家中家人煲湯個種味道,問了他們在煲湯時會用湯袋將魚同其蕃茄薯仔分開,所以湯中只有蕃茄薯仔椒鹽奇趣豆腐,外皮炸得十分酥脆,入口一點也不會覺得油膩,而內裡嫩滑的豆腐,和炸脆奶的口感有點相似,真係十分好味!豉椒炒蟶子皇,配煎米粉底,豉椒蟶子皇本身已經炒得好香口,加上蟶子大隻肥美,入口好鮮甜,而底層嘅煎米粉亦剛剛好,吸收晒個煲嘅精華,所以兩者嘅配合絕對做就了呢個出色嘅美食椒鹽焗鮑魚,店員告知是用上南非三頭鮑鮑魚,原隻鮑魚用椒鹽手法炮製, 加入蒜蓉爆香,師傅將大大隻南非鮑焗得外皮香脆,鮑味濃郁鮮甜,肉質軟嫩腍滑,口感煙韌彈牙,夠鮮味之餘亦十分惹

每次來到西貢都會想食下海鮮,今日跟住一班識飲識食嘅朋友,佢哋二話不說,話食海鮮一定要食六福菜館。首先一定要點呢度招牌前菜:椒鹽奇脆豆腐。這道菜一上來就散發出陣陣椒鹽香味。豆腐的炸漿極為酥脆,入口「喀滋」一聲,內裡的豆腐依然保持嫩滑細膩,口感對比明顯,令人一試難忘。這道菜的油炸技術掌握得很好,完全不覺油膩,真的是一道不可錯過的招牌小食。接著是西貢地道魚湯,這是我第一次喝到以蕃茄和薯仔煲成的魚湯,湯頭呈奶白色,鮮甜濃郁,完全沒有魚腥味。加入蕃茄和薯仔的湯底,喝起來特別有家的味道,濃而不膩,讓人感到溫暖。問過店員,原來他們在煲湯時使用了湯袋,將魚和其他材料分開處理,這樣既保留了魚湯的濃郁,也避免了雜質影響口感,這份用心實在值得讚賞。然後是椒鹽鮮魷,這道菜可以說是當日最亮眼的菜式之一!鮮魷炸得金黃香脆,外層酥香,內裡鮮嫩多汁,完全不油膩,也不會過分乾硬。椒鹽調味恰到好處,鹹香中帶有微微的辣香,每一口都充滿驚喜,真的是我吃過最出色的椒鹽鮮魷之一!接下來是米湯低溫慢煮元貝,元貝以低溫慢煮的方式處理,保留了海鮮的鮮甜原味,搭配米湯的柔和口感,將兩者完美結合。元貝肉質細膩鮮美,入口即化,米湯則提供了清

朋友好耐無見,咁多年無見返約餐飯都唔可能馬虎去西貢食下,順手摘下星去到西貢一定要食海鮮啦未諗好叫咩都要叫左個魚湯先一窩上,日日新鮮制做,夠晒鮮魚肉煮到溶晒個種白再黎叫左個椒鹽豆腐椒鹽唔會咸到好似大排檔咁輕輕吊下味,因為呢個豆腐係要食到個種滑食完豆腐就開始食海鮮首先要左個花雕蛋白蒸斑馬瀨尿蝦呢到其中一個賣點就係唔洗自己手拆有專人幫你拆埋(唔洗自己落手拆真心爽皮)除左食瀨尿蝦,個重點係蛋白花雕蒸完仲有甜味係個蛋入味仲要吸埋個瀨尿蝦味清清地,又鮮鮮地食完要返少少菜; P要左個天婦羅桶蠔生菜包桶蠔本身濃味就唔洗講重點係包生菜呢下特色不過食到隻手污糟,影唔到相,哈哈最後緊係要返個飽肚既麵叫左個鼓油王炒麵講真要炒得乾身,夠獲氣,又要唔油唔多地方做到,西貢都係食過兩間好食呢間係兩間比較好食個間以環境、質素黎講性格比算高成間環境算幾靜好岩朋友仔過黎中午吹下水、交下心、食個飯
