To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是咁的,我食過兩次温野菜放題,的確好鐘意,但每次都等到喊出嚟。因為近排好牛角討論好熱烈,即管試下$788 A5牛Buffet。兩人埋單$1733!A5牛係A5牛,但食唔出A5牛嘅味道!的確係好香嘅和牛味,但無驚喜感覺。其一,我覺得隻牛角汁無Donki 買嘅牛角汁咁香濃。其二,覺得去city super / donki 買牛返屋企燒仲好食,性價比更高!但去得buffet 一定會食好多其他野食。當大家嘅目光都係牛肉上面,我反而覺得牛角嘅雞肉更有驚喜,因為明火燒雞皮,口感可以媲美居酒屋,廚藝了得嘅,配條葱就當自己去左yardbird!其次真心推介LV5鮑魚同帆立貝,味道絕對識飛。甲羅燒因為太飽,無試到,係幾可惜。而牛角飯係必食!Overall 其他食物質素都叫唔錯,而且種類亦好多!但個胃就得咁大,食左其他LV嘅野食,就無咁性價比嫁啦!當然食得buffet 想食乜就食乜,最緊要開心嘛!唔通$788只係入去食A5和牛咩?所以我覺得$788食牛角真係無必要!我好少食燒肉,都好少食放題,比較鐘意有人serve,更有儀式感。和牛其實好多油,成日攪到好大火,都幾危險,加上幾款食物用牛油煮,彈到手幾次,都

A5牛係A5牛,但食唔出A5牛嘅味道!的確係好香嘅和牛味,但無驚喜感覺。其一,我覺得隻牛角汁無Donki 買嘅牛角汁咁香濃。其二,覺得去city super / donki 買牛返屋企燒仲好食,性價比更高!但去得buffet 一定會食好多其他野食。

當大家嘅目光都係牛肉上面,我反而覺得牛角嘅雞肉更有驚喜,因為明火燒雞皮,口感可以媲美居酒屋,廚藝了得嘅,配條葱就當自己去左yardbird!

其次真心推介LV5鮑魚同帆立貝,味道絕對識飛。甲羅燒因為太飽,無試到,係幾可惜。而牛角飯係必食!Overall 其他食物質素都叫唔錯,而且種類亦好多!但個胃就得咁大,食左其他LV嘅野食,就無咁性價比嫁啦!當然食得buffet 想食乜就食乜,最緊要開心嘛!唔通$788只係入去食A5和牛咩?

所以我覺得$788食牛角真係無必要!我好少食燒肉,都好少食放題,比較鐘意有人serve,更有儀式感。和牛其實好多油,成日攪到好大火,都幾危險,加上幾款食物用牛油煮,彈到手幾次,都幾痛。我覺得自助燒肉,真係不了。最重點係,要完美烹調和牛,普通人自助燒肉,根本控制唔到時間,始終調味同技巧都好重要,自助燒肉反而浪費左一啲高質食材,有時更加應該重質不重量,如果要比$788一位,我建議食yakiniku great(燒肉) ,日山(壽喜燒),什至係四季菊鐵板燒牛+飽魚lunch ,可能只係美國和牛或澳洲和牛,但價錢差唔多,都更好食,仲有海景。


其實應該Apple to apple,但都好sure,唔會再去比較其他高級自助燒肉,一次就夠。歸納各點,食A5和牛去返高級嘅日本餐廳,食自助餐去返五星酒店,個人推JW CAFE,至於牛角就食LV4以下,附合性價比。如果叫我再去牛角,我都係覺得温野菜比較好。

BTW,冇做會員。PS,雅蘭牛角外有部機可以印相,食完牛角順便留個念,叫做又食又拎,滿足的一餐!
