樂樂冰室用既材料係靚料,真係食得出有分別👍首先係佢哋嘅牛角包炒滑蛋配火腿,佢哋會用靚啲既牛油🧈,食落除咗牛油味更加香之外,而且亦都比較健康。而且雞蛋都係用返本地農場嘅雞蛋,新鮮送到。沙嗲醬有特別調制過,加入去湯入面特別惹味。至於佢嗰個焗肉醬意粉,係用純正嘅英國水牛芝士,芝士拉絲好長,同埋食落有一浸淡奶嘅香味,都幾明顯食得出同其他既焗肉醬意粉唔同,用水牛芝士係正啲。西多士好好食,佢哋係用新鮮嘅油去煎,咁樣會更加容易黏上蛋汁,而且顏色好靚,食落都健康啲。加上老闆選用香港農場嘅新鮮雞蛋,蛋味更加香。然後就去奶茶紅豆冰,佢呢度嘅奶茶係冇落糖,取而代之係用紅豆,飲落佢嘅味道好濃,比起其他普通嘅奶茶,我會覺得佢呢個更加好飲,仲可以食埋啲紅豆,好甜。最後嗰杯係叫做「唂咕」,開頭我都唔知係咩嚟,但係老闆同我哋講原來呢一個係懷舊特色飲品,佢嘅味道類似係熱朱古力,但係會有少少嘅苦澀,主要嘅材料應該係可可粉。呢度嘅老闆好好人,佢會上一款食物都會同我哋介紹佢哋嘅用料,都係一啲本地懷舊品牌,而且無論係牛油定係雞蛋都真係好有心機去揀,而且我都真係食得出係有唔同,整個用餐嘅體驗都覺得好好。
