另一位朋友在十一時半左右到達,所以點了一客焗豬扒飯。 蕃茄的味道天然而濃郁,感覺就如在蕃茄農場內漫步,蕃茄醬份量充足,就算吃到中後段,也不會太乾太單調。焗飯份量不會太細,男士也夠吃。

面頭還有幼滑、拉絲的水牛芝士。飯底採用雞蛋拌飯,比其他餐廳的炒飯底更為清新健康。豬扒熟度剛剛好,肉質嫩滑,不會過熟而變得嚡口。

今早到上水工作,到OpenRice看看有什麼好吃的茶餐廳,又上水火車站一直行,大約7分鐘,終於看到這間餐廳。叫了一個沙嗲牛肉麵加煎蛋,一杯熱奶茶,沙嗲牛肉是用新鮮牛肉做的,煎蛋有實在是真蛋,很有蛋味值得推薦!另外奶茶散發着濃濃的香味,現在很難找到這一種用心又能夠保持高水準的茶餐廳,不過對我來說,都是有點遠,但是因為食物實在太好味,希望有機會可以再去。他們的服務員都十分有禮貌,但真奇怪,這樣有水準的茶餐廳,為什麼好像客人那麼少,反而一些有名無實的茶餐廳卻排着隊,但進去吃的時候都是踩累,真是替他們不平!不過只要用心做,很堅持,相信一定會成功!祝你們生意興隆!

樂樂冰室用既材料係靚料,真係食得出有分別👍首先係佢哋嘅牛角包炒滑蛋配火腿,佢哋會用靚啲既牛油🧈,食落除咗牛油味更加香之外,而且亦都比較健康。而且雞蛋都係用返本地農場嘅雞蛋,新鮮送到。沙嗲醬有特別調制過,加入去湯入面特別惹味。至於佢嗰個焗肉醬意粉,係用純正嘅英國水牛芝士,芝士拉絲好長,同埋食落有一浸淡奶嘅香味,都幾明顯食得出同其他既焗肉醬意粉唔同,用水牛芝士係正啲。西多士好好食,佢哋係用新鮮嘅油去煎,咁樣會更加容易黏上蛋汁,而且顏色好靚,食落都健康啲。加上老闆選用香港農場嘅新鮮雞蛋,蛋味更加香。然後就去奶茶紅豆冰,佢呢度嘅奶茶係冇落糖,取而代之係用紅豆,飲落佢嘅味道好濃,比起其他普通嘅奶茶,我會覺得佢呢個更加好飲,仲可以食埋啲紅豆,好甜。最後嗰杯係叫做「唂咕」,開頭我都唔知係咩嚟,但係老闆同我哋講原來呢一個係懷舊特色飲品,佢嘅味道類似係熱朱古力,但係會有少少嘅苦澀,主要嘅材料應該係可可粉。呢度嘅老闆好好人,佢會上一款食物都會同我哋介紹佢哋嘅用料,都係一啲本地懷舊品牌,而且無論係牛油定係雞蛋都真係好有心機去揀,而且我都真係食得出係有唔同,整個用餐嘅體驗都覺得好好。

然後就去奶茶紅豆冰,佢呢度嘅奶茶係冇落糖,取而代之係用紅豆,飲落佢嘅味道好濃,比起其他普通嘅奶茶,我會覺得佢呢個更加好飲,仲可以食埋啲紅豆,好甜。

最後嗰杯係叫做「唂咕」,開頭我都唔知係咩嚟,但係老闆同我哋講原來呢一個係懷舊特色飲品,佢嘅味道類似係熱朱古力,但係會有少少嘅苦澀,主要嘅材料應該係可可粉。

呢度嘅老闆好好人,佢會上一款食物都會同我哋介紹佢哋嘅用料,都係一啲本地懷舊品牌,而且無論係牛油定係雞蛋都真係好有心機去揀,而且我都真係食得出係有唔同,整個用餐嘅體驗都覺得好好。

另一個必食推介嘅係《鮮牛肉通粉配香港農場炒蛋餐》,佢哋嘅雞蛋香港本地農場雞蛋,保持新鮮度之餘,蛋味亦特別濃郁 😍 而通粉嘅湯底係每日新鮮熬製,所以清甜得來完全唔會覺得有油膩咁!而鮮牛肉亦都係老闆每日喺街市嚴選返嚟,唔係用普通牛肉架!而且呢個餐大大份,性價比超高,大家入去上水,記得要去試下喇!

每逢假日,我去上水石湖墟美容店做FACIAL ,都會去學樂樂食水牛芝士豬扒焗飯,已經食左唔知幾多餐haa首先講下環境,舖頭比較細,座位之間的空間唔多,較為狹窄,適合快食,茶餐廳而言,衛生都算唔錯,見店員執枱會用消毒酒精抹。食物方面,真係睇個人口味,我帶過朋友去食就唔太喜歡,因為樂樂的水牛芝士豬扒焗飯,我覺得相對淡味,一般大家樂或者其他茶餐廳,落咗好多嘅茄膏同油,味道會比較咸/重口味,但我自己幾鍾意樂樂,抄飯底相對乾身,芝士份量好多,有拉絲嘅感覺,用新鮮蕃茄去整,而唔係用茄膏,豬扒唔會好油膩,唔重梳打粉,似係淨係煎過咁,曾經食過一啲得d肥肉連骨,仲炸到皮同肉分層。不過好似見佢不斷加價 ,上次食就$62,唔知下次幾多,價錢同食物而言,不過不失啦。🧐🧐
