Restaurant: The Alley

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鹿角巷的而且確好飲 珍珠夠Q 但每次想買都要排45分鐘以上 留心看清楚 就會覺得咁等絕對唔值得我明白每杯飲品奶同糖嘅比例好重要 但量珍珠那工作人員已經因份量唔啱 不斷再量度重量 相反量度奶嘅嗰位同事因為有刻度非常容易已經量好 量珍珠嗰同事仲要轉動杯身 將黑糖顏色掛到膠杯上我亦唔否認呢個視覺效果係好好多但如果呢個步驟可以轉到量奶嘅嗰位同事做 咁就會解決左個樽頸位 改善排隊時間 亦減少阻街嘅情況如果一間公司係有實力嘅 根本唔需要借一條長龍黎吸引客人 否則呢一刻拖慢黎做嘅策略只會令人覺得低賤
