To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時啲餐廳係要上樓嘅咁搵𨋢啦或者搭一輪電梯之後去到餐廳門口就會覺得嘩點解可以咁早已經咁多人搵到間餐廳而且食緊咁間餐廳一定唔錯😋自己一個食冇辦法啦少少地嗌個壽喜燒鍋同一盤魚生啦天凍輕鬆叫做打個微型邊爐即刻暖笠笠牛最好食就係啱啱變色嘅時候😆呢盤又幾靚俾個大close up先冇落filter但好鮮色唔識用肉眼睇海膽但佢啲紋路好清楚食落都好味好鮮最鍾意係赤貝係家鄉日本嘅味道😭冇得飛就食多幾餐刺身啦😝
