紅色暴雨警告下,還有閒情逸致到尖沙咀行街吃飯,自覺有點奇怪。同行友好偏愛日本料理,縱然早兩日已飽吃和食一頓,還是順應而行,最後決定到赫德道的一間居酒屋落腳進餐。單看門面,確實比附近餐廳雅緻,開門入內則是另一番景象,店內地方很小,只有四五張木餐桌,因沒訂檯關係,更要安座於吧檯,座處舒適度當然要打折扣。換一角度來看,則感覺更地道,更似居酒屋。正當大家忙於點菜,店員先送上一杯熱茶,再端上一小碟餐前小吃青瓜墨魚軟骨,一棵棵墨魚軟骨,頗為脆爽,味道與濃稠的沙律醬亦挺合襯,酸爽食味並存的小吃頗適合作為開胃前菜。除主餐牌外,店員亦會送上一小黑板,上面詳列當日餐廳推介。在云云推介中,亦選了水晶菜配胡麻汁作為另一道冷盤前菜。水晶菜又名冰菜,因菜葉面貌似佈滿圓潤冰晶得名,食感清脆涼快,是筆者至愛沙律菜之一。水晶菜本身菜香甜度輕盈,配上香口的胡麻汁能加強味道上的刺激,令口感味道並存。伴上的蕃茄色澤紅潤,甜重酸輕水頭足,先有豐富菜式色調之效,後可平衡胡麻汁濃郁的味道。七味魚翅是送酒小吃,原材料是魔鬼魚魚翅的部分,先經調味後燒香,雖近翅骨部分會硬一點,但近邊部分則因較薄身及燒至微焦,口感香脆可口。空口吃此小吃筆
