朋友推介呢間小店,主打多款特色日式料理,內裡佈置帶點懷舊風,好有日本家鄉嘅感覺,燈光偏暗,氣氛滿滿,另外環境唔大所以要預先留位先可以入座~ 適合三五知己過嚟聚餐😆前菜有芝士酒盜同蟹肉沙律,前者紅麴、豆瓣醬、酵母發酵而成,cream cheese味好重,鹹香突出,令人一試愛上、蟹肉沙律大大碟,口感爽脆,食落鮮甜,十分開胃🤤刺身有金目鯛,魚肉白身,肉質細膩同時帶點爽口,入口鮮甜美味, 搭配調味料有助提升整體嘅鮮與甜度!壽司方面叫咗左口魚、深海池魚同海膽,建議由淡食到濃,魚油滿滿,超級滑身,層次豐富,每款都各有千秋~ 燒物都有幾多選擇,蕃茄同露筍配上豚肉可降低油膩感,雞全翼燒至外脆內嫩,入味又juicy~ 個人推介鹽燒白鱔,外皮香脆,魚肉嫩滑,啖啖肉,加埋柚子好refreshing~ 唔夠飽嘅話可以叫埋鰻魚飯,兩大條鰻魚鋪喺面,醬汁濃郁但唔會蓋過本身鰻魚嘅魚油香味,飯粒粒分明,值得一試🐟
