最近喺銅鑼灣發現咗間新開嘅日式餐廳,感覺好似未有好多人知道,但食物質素真係幾唔錯,想同大家分享下。呢間餐廳喺一座有好多高質日式餐廳嘅大廈入面,環境簡單舒服,啱晒鍾意靜靜地食好嘢嘅人。 嗰日我哋點咗水八爪魚刺身,超級新鮮,咬落去爽脆彈牙,冇一絲腥味,食完感覺好清爽。松露油鯛魚薄切刺身都幾特別,鯛魚片切得好薄,入口滑溜,加埋陣陣松露油嘅香味,淡淡地幾開胃。 主食方面,試咗佢哋嘅海膽吞拿魚腩三色丼,真係完全唔失望。呢碗丼集合咗加拿大海膽、吞拿魚腩同埋吞拿魚腩蓉,每種都各有特色,味道鮮甜,魚腩嘅油脂同海膽嘅濃香混埋一齊,真係超滿足。仲有赤蝦松葉蟹肉海膽醬冷稻庭烏冬,雖然係冷麵,但冬天食都幾舒服,因為醬汁香濃,烏冬麵條彈牙,仲有大大隻赤蝦同松葉蟹肉,每口都係滿滿嘅鮮味。 食咗咁多野,人均只不過係二百幾原來佢哋新開有全場八折優惠(加埋一服務費後),性價比算幾高。感覺係銅鑼灣區一個幾有潛力嘅選擇

原來佢哋新開有全場八折優惠(加埋一服務費後),性價比算幾高。感覺係銅鑼灣區一個幾有潛力嘅選擇
