屋企人生日想食日本野,朋友介紹灣仔呢間水木,果然有驚喜!而且食物上得快,最適合肚餓嘅老公!眼睛為之一亮!一盆刺身上檯,最吸睛係吞拿魚腩啊!拖羅肥美,你睇下d雪花!我平時好怕食油甘魚,因為怕腥,但呢個油甘魚一d都唔腥,肉質彈牙!帆立貝好大粒,佢d壽司醬油係柚子醋,配帆立貝最好!而我最愛當然係牡丹蝦,大大隻而且新鮮,頭有好多膏啊!我最驚喜係天婦羅!第一次食粟米心天婦羅,原來好好食!師傅技巧好好,唔會太多炸粉,無咩油!蝦天婦羅仲好大隻!呢個蒸蛋好滑,上面有個鮮甜魚湯,再配合蝦同雞肉等食材,豐富得來,味道唔會太鹹!和牛原來可以做沙律!呢個和牛約8成熟,配合沙律油食,唔會太膩!最後仲有吞拿魚蓉飯同甜品,太幸福啦!
