To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友推薦呢間分店的食物好新鮮，於是適逢高鐵通車，順便去試一試，果然無錯。一行四人點了特選刺身拼盤，剛好每款都可試吃到，帶了好鮮好滑，其他三文魚、池魚、油甘魚，赤蝦、吞拿魚、中とろ都好鮮甜，價錢貴咗些，一隻金牛多啲。海膽軍艦喜出望外，每客以為一件，原來有兩件，好嫩滑，一啲都唔腥，下次再來時，一定會叫多兩客。熱食方面：稻庭烏冬，好滑好夠熱，湯味清香，不過價錢貴咗少少。鹽燒鯖魚，雖然魚皮太窿，不過肉質好夠味。其他菜式，不用多說，睇相都好吸引下次再來試。
