To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

根據店鋪介紹削搖麵是店主在2000年創作出來, 用店家自製的小麥粉麵團經人手在自創的削麵機搖削出又扁又闊的麵條。 靈感源自刀削麵, 其後加以改良。由於進餐當日是教徒守齋日(聖灰禮儀日), 因此我們都不能吃熱血動物的肉(紅肉) ~(oo)~ 我便選擇了魚腐油豆腐配削搖麵(原味湯底)。原味湯底原來有用肉來煲 除此之外還有芹菜、旺菜、菜甫、蝦米、芽菜、調味料等......魚腐外炸脆而內裏軟淋淋, 比炸魚蛋更有風味; 油豆腐又好像豆卜, 不過真是比豆卜油潤一點點; 湯底很好喝, 削搖麵及油豆腐嗦盡湯汁, 感覺特別美味, 一點也沒有口渴的感覺; 削搖麵即叫即攪, 口感新鮮嫩滑而且彈牙丈夫也是選魚腐油豆腐配削搖麵(雲南酸辣湯底, 要加$2), 那個湯底含有旺菜、酸菜、芽菜、韭菜、辣椒、菜圃、炸醬、調味料等......可是到上枱才知道炸醬原來是肉碎 丈夫只好剔起佢地加$6有杯飲品, 凍熱都ok, 那麼就一杯凍檸蜜多甜少冰, 另一杯凍鴛鴦多奶少冰。 弄得不錯又好大杯原來早餐0600-1200時段, 單餸粉麵都是$17吃完飽飽, 丈夫又有滿足精神去打拼 >3<
