3個女仔一齊食飯,睇果籽介紹嚟咗呢間中菜大廚係前澳門五星級酒店,由於個人比較多諗頭 鍾意試新菜,最後離開酒店呢啲SOP又冇乜自由度嘅地方機緣巧合下 同相識幾10年兄弟們一齊夾份開中餐~ 響螺頭姬茸燉湯:足料好飲,每個人燉盅內有雞腳、姫茸菇、螺頭片、豬肉等配料炸子雞: 色香味俱全,唔好睇佢有咁多辣椒以為好辣,其實純粹係令炸子雞啲辣香味出啲,食落微辣 (本身鍾意食辣嘅人會嫌佢唔夠辣,我哋都唔算話食得辣,但都覺得辣啲會更惹味)椒鹽魷魚:呢個真心好食😋 炸得好鬆脆,魷魚鬚唔韌唔乾身,味道啱啱好,越食越上癮黑松露脆皮蘑菇卷:黑松露味突出,配搭金針菇同(另一隻菇,唔知叫咩名😹),試吓無妨魔鬼炒飯:店舖出名菜式,一定要試魚湯浸白菜仔:正常發揮,不過不失,性價比低,因為$88 菜嘅份量唔多,如果多番少少會好好(純個人意見)樓面哥哥好熱情推介,服務態度好,臨尾仲送一個凍盤 冰梅車厘茄,呢個車厘茄好開胃,雖然有酸梅輔助,可惜我哋三個都覺得太甜,如果可以減低個甜度會更正
