大家有煮開野食既都知煮烏冬最最最重要既除左烏冬質素之外, 就係個湯底同D料, 要有靚材料D烏冬先至會入味同好味今次我就嗌左皇帝蟹棒烏冬, 再追加蟹棒. 碗烏冬一黎到就即刻令我哇左一聲, 因為個份量勁大份, 先飲一啖湯底, 係好飲到好新鮮既魚湯味, 正到幾乎可以當佢係湯咁飲見到上面鋪滿哂食材, 最正係見到一條條肥美既蟹腳申哂出黎, 因為經過廚師既處理, 係已經開左一半口, 只要輕輕將筷子塞入去就成條走哂出黎(心心眼)最正係原來追加既蟹棒係都係原條既蟹棒而唔係蟹柳(有一刻擔心過係追加左蟹棒). 而且烏冬份量夠大而且材料夠多, 一個男人食都會覺得飽肚J
