6 course $368,一路食每一道菜,都覺得水準有番咁上下,有心經營,可以再encore。惟有到差不多食完之後同職員傾開偈,先知道原來廚師係文華酒店嘅退休大廚。老闆有能力請到好廚師返嚟,但係可能宣傳唔算太多,餐廳唔算full,可能係有待被啟德人新蒲崗人發現嘅滄海遺珠?柚子焗蠔的柚子和蠔好夾,又大隻。Parma ham 正正常常。南瓜忌廉湯真係啖啖南瓜蓉,還可以。香煎大蝦係令我哋surprise咗嘅,新鮮又大隻,有如千幾蚊一餐、日本鐵板燒既質素。香煎比目魚忌廉汁也處理得不錯,肉質鮮嫩,賣相也吸引。甜品係法國焦糖燉蛋或Movenpick雪糕。餐廳環境幾有異國風情,橙紅色嘅牆身有一種亢奮好chill嘅感覺😆除咗食六道菜,都有散叫的選擇。lunch Menu 大概$100,打算下次試吓,如果真係同今次晚餐水準一樣,咁就真係幾值得食。
