赤柱有很多有質素的餐廳,上op揾到呢間,見到北京填鴨,就用table map book枱。Modern的中式裝修,很洋化。喜歡紅燈的highlight。帶點artistic的wall design。夏天一定要食芝麻醬鴨絲冷麵($98),令人感覺涼快。鴨絲嫩滑,冷麵夠彈牙,用芝麻醬mix很配合到。北京烤鴨(半隻$250)都要D時間等,賣相精緻,用大黑瓷方碟裝鴨肉,木盤放醬料配菜。皮帶烤過芝麻香嫩的鴨肉,不肥不瘦,皮唔會太厚,加埋D配料,包起來食,十分滋味。而且皮和配料唔夠可以免費添加。甜品也相當有特色,餐具好得意。杞子酒槽炖天津梨($68)酒味不太濃,梨味清甜,非常滋潤。陳皮焦糖燉蛋($78)是中西合壁,creme brulee 上竟然可以加上陳皮,so creative。燉蛋面的焦糖脆卜卜,蛋都幾滑溜,陳皮帶點鹹又有點酸,口味獨特,值得一試。好靚的牙簽筒。
