呢間裝修同嘢食都好有創意,所以都係要落筆留念!我哋坐低嘅方法都好具創意,就係俾個恐龍鎖匙扣牌仔我哋,指示我哋上幾多層樓梯,然後將個牌交俾樓上職員,職員就會帶我哋就坐。上面環境好靚,好打卡-able,環境同出邊好B時嘅中環街道形成強烈嘅對比,呢度係有種休閒感。我地試咗:1)創意,腐皮壽司我哋叫咗四件腐皮壽司,有:辣味三文魚、柚子胡椒油甘魚蓉、明太子芝士蛋黃三文魚,同埋炙燒沙律甜蝦。壽司飯用來做腐皮壽司嘅飯底,再配合各款已調味嘅魚生,非常好味。2) 飲品方面,我哋叫咗蘋果白桃梳打,同埋為食龍嘅自家手工啤:「BeaBea Bi-ru」(溫馨提示:酒精飲品須年滿18歲)要重點介紹一下呢度嘅自家手工啤,第一啖飲落去有果香味,而且感覺到個酒精濃度唔高,酒量淺嘅我飲咗大半杯都冇量陀陀,值得大家一試。3)特色壽司卷物一一邁阿密女郎(辣味吞拿魚蓉卷),賣相好靚,有四件,中間夾咗塊好薄切嘅白蘿蔔仔,令件卷物清爽度大增4) 辣辣柚子凍蜆稻庭冷烏冬呢個蜆肉冷鳥冬係去晒蜆殼嘅蜆肉,食起上嚟非常方便,每粒蜆肉都沾上紅色嘅辣汁,非常惹味又唔太辣,有啲蟹籽、微細蔥花、紫菜碎等,非常夾,而且烏冬非常煙韌,口感正。5)

我地試咗:
1)創意,腐皮壽司
我哋叫咗四件腐皮壽司,有:辣味三文魚、柚子胡椒油甘魚蓉、明太子芝士蛋黃三文魚,同埋炙燒沙律甜蝦。壽司飯用來做腐皮壽司嘅飯底,再配合各款已調味嘅魚生,非常好味。

呢個蜆肉冷鳥冬係去晒蜆殼嘅蜆肉,食起上嚟非常方便,每粒蜆肉都沾上紅色嘅辣汁,非常惹味又唔太辣,有啲蟹籽、微細蔥花、紫菜碎等,非常夾,而且烏冬非常煙韌,口感正。


5) 醬油忌廉芝士飯團一件
呢件飯團入邊內有乾坤,係佈滿芝士醬同灑上我最愛嘅蔥花、白芝麻等,飯粒夠黏,口感煙韌,醬油唔會太鹹太濃味,味道剛剛好


6) 甜品時間:牛油楓糖麻糬窩夫(連雲呢拿雪糕)
切開件窩夫真係見到有麻糬,超開心,本人最鍾意食煙韌麻糬,上碟時熱辣辣,證明即叫即整,食埋個甜品就真係好飽好飽。


呢度嘅服務整體來講好好,侍應對眼係一眼關七,時不時聽朝七就望吓餐廳周圍有冇人想落單或者call service,每一台又俾手一大支水俾我哋自由斟,省卻我哋舉手舉到手軟都冇侍應嚟幫我哋添水呢個麻煩,真好!
