想食呢間餐廳嘅原因係出於對店名嘅好奇🤣呢度主打東南亞Fusion菜,見Menu好多菜式都新奇好玩,首先要讚一讚佢地嘅服務,店員非常有禮貌,而縱使水樽已經放咗喺枱面,但店員都經常主動幫忙加水,俾到一個好好嘅第一印象。🍹泰式奶茶沙冰$38有泰式奶茶嘅標準甜度,當沙冰開始融甜度會變返比較適中,比起就咁飲泰式奶茶相對輕盈。🥗扎肉米紙沙律配米通、醋漬冬菇、甜酒松露汁$38同我想像中嘅米紙有啲唔同😂呢個米紙質感似糯米糍皮,配上扎肉、沙律菜、米通、冬菇等一齊食口感有趣,而整體味道比較清淡。🥢帆立貝蟹籽萵筍柚子醬油撈幼檬粉$68做法接近韓式水冷麵,過了冷河嘅幼檬粉口感更為爽彈,配上柚子醬油極為開胃,天氣熱嘅時候食呢個會非常舒服。🍞班蘭蜜糖厚多士配椰子雪糕$78厚多士炸得金黃酥脆,配上清新嘅班蘭蜜糖減輕左油膩感,而椰子雪糕都唔馬虎,椰香味濃亦食到一絲絲椰肉,用多士蘸上半溶嘅雪糕,一冷一熱,雙重享受。
