今日中午我們又再約咗Uncle同Auntie去「老地方」九龍維景酒店嘅「唐宮中餐廳」飲中午茶!我們叫咗四川菜肉餃嘅餃皮軟滑薄身,菜肉餡料好鮮嫩多汁!冬筍蝦餃皇嘅餃皮煙韌薄身,爽甜彈牙嘅蝦肉,再加埋爽脆嘅冬筍,令到口感更加豐富!懷舊糯米卷嘅外層係香滑軟熟嘅包,入面係煙煙韌韌嘅糯米,唔會過腍或過硬!春風得意腸係用軟滑嘅腸粉,包著炸得相當香口鬆脆嘅春卷,層次感非常豐富,而且都幾有創意同驚喜!薑汁四季豆係涼拌冷盤,所以四季豆嘅質感更加爽脆,而且加上薑汁一齊食,可以辟除咗啲草青味!欖菜肉崧黃金炒飯炒得好乾身同粒粒分明,而且材料相當豐富,粒粒嘅鹹蛋,令到味道更加甘香!南翔小籠包嘅皮亦都幾薄身,豬肉嘅肉質好鮮嫩軟滑,湯汁都算多,而且味道好鮮味!薯蓉黃金角炸得好金黃香脆,就咁睇好似鹹水角咁,但剪開一半見到入面嘅餡料係軟滑嘅薯蓉,味道唔會太甜!
