To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽同事講屏山肉餅飯聽了幾次,今日終於有機會去試試,因為揸車去,泊位有點麻煩。可先打電話問問泊車的詳情。餐廳就在路邊,相片是走時拍的,門外已經有人在排隊。由於午餐時間尚早,店內未算多人。餐牌可在門外看到是日推介,當然除了這些還有其他的選擇啦。看完餐牌,最後決定要試試這個松露芝士牛肝菌煎肉餅飯。賣相並不算精緻,一碗的白飯配一塊肉餅及少許生菜。上枱時已聞到松露的香氣,而肉餅表面煎得金黃焦香,能看得出有菇菌及芝士的。肉餅的質感結實,雖然表面煎得焦香乾脆,但內裡並不乾身,而已肉質亦不會老。牛肝菌特有的香氣,並不算濃烈,但香氣仍然持續散發。咬一口,口腔內有松露,牛肝菌及芝士的香氣,焦脆的表皮加上香軟的肉質,味道跟口感方面都相當滿足。
