今天與朋友於太子用膳 , 很久沒有吃點心 , 這一家店舖是標榜示即叫即蒸的點心,保留傳統風味之餘又具創新口味, 而且點心類型繁多也有創意。原隻鮑魚燒賣 $27 2隻 本人很喜歡吃燒賣, 上面加原隻鮑魚增添了名貴的感覺, 而且鮑魚味濃煙韌把整個燒賣都提鮮了。海皇芝士千絲卷$ 21賣相已經勝出, 香脆的外表 ,還有鮮蝦在中間外脆內軟, 讓人一試難忘。多汁小籠包 $19小籠包用料算足,裏面汁肉不算多但味濃。不是炸兩 $23 咬下去的感覺有點像油條,但裏面並非油條。 裏面的食材讓人吃起來有香趣脆的感覺。像是炸兩,又非炸兩。椰汁桂花糕 $17椰汁糕加桂花糕的合體, 椰汁糕的椰鮮味與桂花糕融合,口感層次一流,香氣十足。
