同事好鍾意翻大陸,好多時候話啲包點特別好食,好慷慨咁買返黎俾大家分享,但係一般都覺得唔喺咁好食。其實重點係新鮮熱辣。今次俾我搵到一間可以望到師傅即整既店,一包一包嘅麵粉,就放係現場,師傅隔住玻璃現包現蒸,等客人都可以感受到個包嘅新鮮。 🍖香港都係賣菜肉包,叉燒包呀咁,佢哋嘅主打醬肉包,香港真係未見過。哩嗰包入面有冬菇同鮮,再加上濃濃嘅肉醬,昇華肉汁之外又唔會因為過份濕潤而影響包嘅煙韌程度。創新涵料放係傳統包入面,喺好出色既結合。 🍖我地另外仲叫左半打鮮肉包,一個什錦素菜包同一個紅豆包。我特別鍾意素菜包,佢入面全部都用上爽脆嘅食材,木耳絲,紅蘿蔔,椰菜絲,爽口好味,再加上雞蛋,蛋香令到全個包散發肉類之外嘅另一種香味。有脆又有趣。 ✨️等既時候,同店員傾左幾句,發現絕對唔賣隔夜包,咁就更加保持質素。值得一讚。創新嘅口味,加上即場製造,絕對喺引領香港包點既新潮流!
