之前都介紹過幾間芝士蛋糕,呢一間都係有人介紹俾我,因為佢係一間人氣嘅芝士蛋糕網店,而且仲開咗Popup Store。Soulgood Bakery喺一間主打巴斯克焦香芝士蛋糕既網店,而且加入創意元素,推出好多特別嘅口味。小店仲喺尖沙咀K11 MUSEA 開設期間限定店,提供好多創新口味嘅蛋糕。呢排仲有好多聖誕嘅特別口味。Soulgood Bakery係尖沙咀K11 Musea 既Popup Store,以粉色為主調,蛋糕櫃一排過,一目了然。-🍰 Crème Brûlée Taro Basque Burnt Cheesecake 💰560(👅:8/10)呢個蛋糕係Soulgood慶祝新店開張而推出既炙燒奶蓋芋泥味的巴斯克芝士蛋糕。去到店舖攞蛋糕嗰時,店員會攞個蛋糕出嚟,即場加上焦糖喺蛋糕表面,再用火槍炙燒出好似焦糖燉蛋既表面,先放返蛋糕入盒。店員建議最好喺半個鐘內食,唔得嘅就兩個鐘內擺喺雪櫃,如果解凍,攞出嚟三四個字就食得。芝士蛋糕睇落去好多層次,解凍後攞出嚟食,外層無好似一般焦糖燉蛋個種脆既口感,不過上層本身係奶蓋,所以比起芋泥同芝士蛋糕入口更加Creamy,而芋泥夠綿密,入口都算香滑

- 🌟 整體我覺得呢度既芝士蛋糕口味夠晒特別,食咗佢會唔會覺得好甜。期間限定嘅apple crumble、之前推出嘅芒果糯米飯同埋南瓜芝士蛋糕都好吸引,下次都會想嘗試吓。預訂只要48小時之前就得,如果突然間想食芝士蛋糕,都係唔錯嘅選擇。
