To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 11月中的時候,母親大人在浸會醫院進行循例的身體檢查。探望完畢業後,我和弟弟來到附近的金記冰室,吃過午飯。餐廳設計裝潢富有70年代懷舊的色彩,地磚是用相紙皮石的。窗台上的燈架是咪高峰形的,整體設計相當富有色彩。原來這間金記冰室開業傳承已經超過50年了,相比我的年紀真的更年長呢!但是餐廳卻用上現代化的點餐系統,我和弟弟坐下不久, 店員便給我們送上了 QR Code,讓我們在自己的手機下單,相當方便快捷。招牌鮮牛肉即食麵 配 炒雙蛋 跟 牛油多士鮮牛肉即食麵是用上新鮮的牛肉,牛肉肉質鮮彈牙爽口,富有牛肉味。最驚喜的是,牛肉上放上了幾條薑絲和碎蔥,估計是緩和牛肉的羶味。即食麵估計是用上出前一丁的,麵條爽口彈牙。牛油多士是厚切的,表層烤焗香脆,內裡鬆軟綿密。雞蛋是鮮黃色的,雞蛋味道恰當,可惜的是有點乾身。家鄉鹽焗雞鹽焗雞的份量相當豐富,看見已經令人垂涎欲滴。估計是用上沙茶醬的,所以油鹹味十足。雞肉嫩滑鬆軟,雞肉味豐富。如果配上白飯,實際可以多吃幾碗。咸魚雞粒炒飯弟弟變點選了咸魚雞粒炒飯,分量相當豐富。我也嚐了幾口,炒飯粒爽口分明,配上細碎的鹹魚肉和嫩滑的雞粒,實在讚不絕口。羅宋湯羅宋湯是隨咸魚

檸檬茶是走甜的,但是依然清新怡人,紅茶味道濃度恰當,還用上新鮮的檸檬,使味道香醇清甜,怡人解膩。

總結而言,餐廳設計裝還富有特色,職員服務專業細心,食物出品富有心思創新。母親大人出院後, 一定和她再來品嚐品嚐。
