To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

ikea經常都會推出創新口味嘅甜品，今次出左芋圓仙草雪糕，令我依個芋圓愛好者即刻雙眼發光。但真係食到卻發現食物本身同宣傳都有頗大出入，味道賣相都令人失望。芋圓仙草最期待嘅當然係芋圓，但係質地唔夠彈牙之餘，仲要係暖暖地嘅，配上凍嘅雪糕感覺非常奇怪。仙草出品麻麻，仙草味好淡，都係暖嘅。雪糕普通芋頭味雪糕，口感順滑，奶味都濃郁，算係成個甜品最好食嘅部份。窩夫雪糕芋圓係用一個窩夫碗裝著，食完啲料可以食埋個窩夫，但係因為啲料都好多汁水因此導致個窩夫淋曬完全冇曬脆卜卜嘅口感。
