今日專程入元朗食韓燒,因為呢度嘅韓燒有四邊特式食法,四邊放有特式食法:有人參湯,泡菜湯,制泡菜蒸蛋和芝士忌廉粟米。中間就係燒食物,仲放有牛油紙,唔怕D肉黐住個低盤。我地就利用人參湯果邊蒸熟年糕,泡菜湯用來煮熟金菇,非常嘢味。呢度地方都幾闊,坐位都幾舒適。取食物地方夠集中,罷放位置相當恰當,呢度樣樣都有得燒,除了肉類,蔬菜類,仲有一些已煮熟食物。我每次出去取食物都會看到已換了另一碟新菜式。 例如肉醬焗鮮茄,原個大大番茄,好多番茄汁。泰式香矛燒豬軟骨,黑松菇蒸蛋,黑松露炒蛋熱香餅等。燒肉類方面我覺得泡菜雞翼,雞翼嫩滑,鮮牛肉片,容易燒熟,入口即溶化。秋刀魚等。 甜品方面:我覺得最好食是有櫻花味半透明啫喱,焦糖燉蛋,超軟嘅軟雪糕。仲有棉花糖機,都吸引到不少小朋友排隊整棉花糖。
