今日去尖沙咀想飲啖茶食下點心~見到呢間啲點心好似幾靚幾得意,就一於去試下先!裝修有別於一般茶樓/點心鋪,紅紅綠綠,似港式大排檔style多啲~懷舊燒賣 $40係一般酒樓嘅蟹籽豬肉燒賣,咬落去都幾香口,唔會好乾身或者太油,肉質都幾厚實筍尖蝦餃皇 $40雖然叫蝦餃皇,但個size都唔算大粒,蝦肉餡都幾爽口,蝦餃皮唔會太厚身,同埋唔會太黏,唔會痴埋一舊脆脆富貴紅米腸粉 $50腸粉份量都算多,配上3款醬汁(胡麻醬、泰式酸辣醬、豉油),睇擺盤都覺得好有心思,外皮紅卜卜,仲有沙律醬點綴,好打卡able食落去脆卜卜,好香口啊!但配上沙律醬酸酸地,好似唔太夾咁3款醬入面,最鍾意都係最classic嘅豉油~麻醬都算係腸粉醬常客,但泰式酸辣醬有啲多餘呢~但其實唔點汁都已經好食芝士鮮蝦腐皮卷 $42咬落去個外皮幾脆口,但食落都feel到偏油嘅,要飲多幾啖茶解下膩先~個餡都幾好,蝦肉都飽滿,啲芝士仲係流心㗎!龍炸拼 $78 (大澳蝦醬鮮蝦卷、一口鹹水角、蘿蔔絲酥、龍芋酥)呢款炸物拼盤有少少令人失望啊鹹水角同鮮蝦卷都唔錯,但蘿蔔絲酥同龍芋酥真係麻麻地~蘿蔔絲酥外層都算鬆化,但入面蘿蔔絲已變成蓉,食落又無咩味~龍

雖然叫蝦餃皇,但個size都唔算大粒,蝦肉餡都幾爽口,蝦餃皮唔會太厚身,同埋唔會太黏,唔會痴埋一舊

鹹水角同鮮蝦卷都唔錯,但蘿蔔絲酥同龍芋酥真係麻麻地~蘿蔔絲酥外層都算鬆化,但入面蘿蔔絲已變成蓉,食落又無咩味~龍芋酥可能放耐咗,食落去偏淋,芋頭味又唔係好出,個外皮又無香味~有啲可惜

整體嚟講,最common反而最好食
呢個價錢當試下新嘢打下卡都ok嘅~可能下次試下佢啲signature燒賣會感覺唔同啲
