To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

登上樓梯就來到翠玉軒的入口🧱餐廳類似在一個平台位置,依欄而建,可望出交易廣場的大堂位置,晚上時份偏安靜🤫燈光不太刺眼,自覺也和家人輕聲交談,保持寧靜氣氛。 前菜叫一份有機腐衣鮮淮山,新鮮淮山很爽帶清甜,配合芝麻醬幾開胃,墊底仲有口感嫩滑的鮮腐竹,味道討好涼菜跟住叫左款功夫的特色菜,就係百花釀乳豬件,百花釀蟹鉗吃過,但釀在乳豬上也是首次,這種海陸的結合猶為趣緻。脆皮乳豬片皮釀上鮮蝦膠,皮仍保持鬆脆,有質素的菜式主菜點了雪裡紅醬蒸海鱸魚,雪裡紅其實係中國北方鹹菜,以皺葉芥菜醃製,味道唔會好鹹,幾帶到魚鮮味道,魚夠滑火喉控制不錯菜蔬揀左金湯綠柳,南瓜湯味道略淡,但翠玉瓜入口爽脆,在吃完一堆肉後可平衡一下
