我地一坐低,侍應就上咗每人兩細杯功夫茶同埋一碟鹹酸菜。每次食潮州菜第一樣最期待就係功夫茶,第二樣就係糖醋伊麵。呢度既糖醋伊麵有分單面同雙面,因為以往食開都係雙面,就加少少錢要個雙面。雖然等左一段時間,不過真係好味值得等,兩面都煎得好香脆。另外,仲叫左骨香滷水鵝肉,蜜汁叉燒腸同碧綠川椒雞球。骨香滷水鵝肉細細碟,上面有滷水鵝肉下面有滷水豆腐。微溫蜜汁叉燒腸已經分好六小份放便客人一夾就可以食。碧綠川椒雞球既珍珠葉炸得香脆惹味。
