To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我地一坐低,侍應就上咗每人兩細杯功夫茶同埋一碟鹹酸菜。每次食潮州菜第一樣最期待就係功夫茶,第二樣就係糖醋伊麵。呢度既糖醋伊麵有分單面同雙面,因為以往食開都係雙面,就加少少錢要個雙面。雖然等左一段時間,不過真係好味值得等,兩面都煎得好香脆。另外,仲叫左骨香滷水鵝肉,蜜汁叉燒腸同碧綠川椒雞球。骨香滷水鵝肉細細碟,上面有滷水鵝肉下面有滷水豆腐。微溫蜜汁叉燒腸已經分好六小份放便客人一夾就可以食。碧綠川椒雞球既珍珠葉炸得香脆惹味。
