To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直以來佢嘅評價唔算高，但我喜歡嚟嘅原因係呢度食物種類尚算多，以這個價錢沒有蠔也非常合理抵食，有老公最鍾意嘅長腳蟹蟹腳已經好足夠。海鮮區還有大大隻翡翠螺、青口、蝦、蜆......。韓國樂天飲品任飲，有幾部機，咖啡茶熱朱古力等也是任飲。也有大大隻開邊龍蝦。不同類型芝士，也有蜜瓜巴馬火腿。沙律菜也有多種選擇，最愛配煙三文魚。全場最受歡迎應該係呢個佛跳牆，一出就好快冇，廚師好好人，好快又會refill。魚生有吞拿魚、三文魚、希靈魚、原隻北寄貝、厚身帶子及八爪魚，好新鮮。餐廳不時會有特別音樂，由廚師重點推介特色美食，場內顧客需要盡快到場中間排隊，這個香草蒜蓉焗龍蝦，每人限取一份，十分香口！泳池旁邊有一個燒烤區，由專人鐵板燒烤各式各樣肉類、魚、蔬菜及菠蘿等。鐵板燒有時會推出澳洲和牛，香濃肉味，正呀。喇沙麵也是我喜愛之一，味道吸引，可以自選配料。甜品區有好多不同款式嘅蛋糕、葡撻、芝士撻、焦糖燉蛋、拿破崙、芝士蛋糕......應有盡有。一定要提嘅係Movenpick雪糕，仲有另一隻牌子嘅豆腐雪糕、雪條及其他冰類甜品。
