To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

加太賀的錦師傅對食物出品要求很高，更著重顧客的滿意度。錦師傅是一個好用心又勤力的壽司師傅，更不時會鑽研新菜式給食客試食。至於鋪頭的裝修，非常之貼題，令人彷彿去了日本的。店內還有塔塔米或枱櫈的房間供食客選擇。總括而言，重開後的加太賀，令人眼前一亮。一間你去完又值得再去的食肆，未去的朋友就快些去，包你們會有驚喜，尤其是生日的朋友。
