韓國菜的精髓係以最普通的材料烹調出最出色的味道,雖然沒有什麼名貴食材,然而其健康風格深得港人喜愛,以韓國菜掛帥的菜館亦開到成行成巿,當中有很多都浸透了本土化原素,在我而言沒有正不正宗,只有好不好食。鐵板牛仔骨出曬煙的鐵板牛仔骨,仲有甜甜地的洋蔥,成為最佳配搭。泡菜煎餅呢味泡菜煎餅就較為遜色,原來以為泡菜煎餅辣辣地會幾開胃,但成塊煎餅都係同一個味:「冇乜味」,結果要點韓式辣醬先竹食得曬。韓式煎餃子餃子煎到外皮好硬,入面餡料又唔唔咪好豐富,結果又要乾啃。韓式炒粉絲呢味炒粉絲算係唔錯,粉絲夠煙韌,加埋個韓式辣醬就好好味!
